Note: In order to install these components, you will need to be logged into an account with Administrative privileges. On most standard computers, this will be the default "Owner" or "Admin" that was created at the time the computer was set up originally.


User Account Information

How do I change the email address registered to my account?

You can change your email settings in the Profile page.

  • Go to the Profile page.
  • Click on "Edit".
  • Input the new email address.
  • Click on "Save Changes".
  • You will receive an email at the new address to confirm the change.

I lost my password. Is there a way to easily retrieve it?

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, or click here and it will take you to the page where you can request to setup a new password.


How do I change my screen name?

Once you have created your account, you cannot change your screen name.


How do I save my progress (Minos earned, high scores, etc.)?

You have to be a Registered User to be able to save your progress. If you have already created an account, be sure that you are logged in. Click "Log In" at the top right corner of the page to go to the login page.

What are Rubies?

Rubies are used to buy premium Items or Missions on Notris Foes Online Games.


How do I get Rubies?

You may buy Rubies from the Rubies Shop using your credit card or an alternative payment option, such as PayPal. All transactions are final.


You can also earn free Rubies by taking advantage of sponsored offers provided by TrialPay. Simply find an offer that works best for you, and then you'll receive free Rubies as soon as you meet the specified requirements of the offer you’ve chosen. MORE INFO


Can I use Tokens to acquire Rubies?

No, Tokens can only be used to unlock non-premium Items or Missions.


Can I send Rubies as a gift?

Not at this time; however, we do plan to support "gifting" in the future.

Tokens are used to unlock non-premium Items or Missions on Notris Foes Online Games.


How do I get Tokens?

Tokens are completely FREE, but you’ll need to be a registered user in order to begin collecting them. Sign-up today to begin earning Tokens just by playing our games.

Items

What are Items?

There are a variety of different Items you can access via the Notris Foes Shop to enhance your experience on Notris Foes Online Games. You can buy Premium Items with Rubies, or unlock Non-Premium Items with Tokens. Shown below are the different types of Items available.

In-Game Customization (Customize Notris)
  • Mino Styles – Use to change the appearance of the Tetriminos. When other users play against you in multiplayer games, they will see the Mino Style you’ve chosen.
  • Ghost Styles – Use to change the appearance of the "Ghost" or "Shadow" that appears below the Tetrimino. When other users play against you in multiplayer games, they will see the Ghost Style you’ve chosen.
  • SFX Styles – Use to change the sound effects you’ll hear during the game.
  • Voice Styles – Use to change the voice you’ll hear during the game.

Post-Game Customization (Expressions)
  • Win–Grafix – Whenever you win a game, these custom animated sequences will appear in the results page for you and your opponents to see. You can also assign a specific Win-Tone to the Win-Grafix for additional effect.
  • Win–Tones – Whenever you win a game, these custom tones will be heard by you and your opponent(s).

How do I buy or unlock an Item?

Visit the Notris Foes Shop and select the type of Item you wish to buy or unlock. Note, if the item has a "Buy" button below it, you’ll need to use Rubies. If the item has an "Unlock" button below it, you’ll need to use Tokens. Simply click on the button and follow the onscreen prompts. We encourage all users to preview the Items prior buying or unlocking them.


How do I preview and Item before buying or unlocking it?

Simply highlight and then click on the large button above the "Buy" or "Unlock" button to enter the preview screen. Once inside the preview screen, you can preview other available Items of the same type.


Now that I have an Item, how do I use it?

You’ll always be prompted to "Activate" an Item after acquiring it; however, there are several other options to use for convenience. The easiest option is to Pause your game during play by pressing ESC, and then click on the "Edit My Notris Style" to customize your available styles. As an alternative, you can activate available items directly from the Notris Foes Shop by clicking on the "Activate" Button, which will only appear below Items you’ve bought or unlocked.



Missions

What are Missions?

Looking for an extra challenge? Every Monday, we’ll reveal new Missions that are designed to test your skills in various games. When you successfully complete a Mission in the designated amount of time, you’ll be awarded a custom Badge for your efforts. Badges will then be displayed on your profile page for everyone else to bask in your glory. The more Missions you successfully complete, the more Badges you’ll receive! Try to collect them all.


Types of Missions:

Mission of the Week – These Missions are free and automatically activated for registered users to complete during the week of release. If you miss out on your chance to take advantage of the Mission of the Week, or you fail to complete the Mission within the specified time, you can easily reactivate it as a Personal Mission by using Tokens.

Personal Missions – These Missions require Tokens to activate. Be sure to check back each week for new and exciting Missions.

Premium Missions – These Missions require Rubies to activate. Premium Missions provide an extra challenge for users who are looking for more than the non-premium weekly Missions. Users who successfully complete Premium Missions will be rewarded with Premium Badges. As an added bonus, purchasing Premium Missions will enable access to the My Grid system for more ways to earn bonus Tokens and unlock hidden Missions.


How do I activate a Mission?

The Mission of the Week will automatically activate when it’s revealed each Monday. To activate a Personal Mission, visit the Missions Page, and then click on the "Available" tab to view all of the available Missions. Once you’ve determined which Mission you want to tackle, simply click on the "Activate" button, and then confirm that you’re ready to accept the challenge. Please note Personal Missions require Tokens to activate.


What happens if I don’t complete a Mission in the allotted time?

Don’t sweat it! If you are unable to complete a Mission in the allotted time, you can easily reactivate the Mission by purchasing it with Tokens; however, any progress made during the previous attempt will be lost.


How many Missions can I activate at a time?

In addition to the Mission of the Week, you are allowed to have one additional Personal Mission and/or one additional Premium Mission activated.


What are Mission Paks?

Each Mission is a part of a larger collection. Those collections are referred to as Paks. If you are skilled enough to complete all of the Missions from a particular Pak, you will receive bonus Tokens for your efforts.


How long do I have to complete a Mission?

It depends on the particular Mission. Each Mission will indicate the amount of time you have in order to successfully complete it. To monitor your progress, visit the Missions page, and then click on the "Active" tab to see how much you’ve accomplished.


How do I know what Missions are currently available?

You can either click on the "Available" tab located in the lower–right corner of the Home page, or you can visit the Missions page to review all of the "Available" Missions. New Missions are released every Monday, so if you’ve completed all of the available Missions, be sure to come back on the following Monday to take advantage of the newest Mission.


Can I complete a Mission more than once?

Nope. Once you’ve successfully completed a Mission, you cannot reactivate it again.


What is the purpose of the Mission rating system?

This is a great way to let other users know how difficult you think a particular Mission was.


What is the purpose of the "My Grid"?

My Grid is your personal game within a game. As you purchase Premium Missions, you'll be able to strategically fill in the squares within the Grid in order to complete Tetrimino shapes for bonus Tokens and eventually entire Lines to reveal hidden Missions.



Badges

What are Badges?

Badges are awarded to players who successfully complete Missions. Each Mission has a unique Badge associated with it. Players are encouraged to earn as many Badges as possible to showcase their skills on Notris Foes Online Games.


Where do I see the Badges I’ve earned?

You can see all of the Badges you’ve earned by visiting your Profile Page, and then click on the "My Badges" tab. You can also visit other players’ profile pages to see which Badges they have earned.


How do I choose "My Favorite Badge"?

Visit the Missions page, and then click on the "Complete" tab to see all of the Missions you’ve completed. Click on the "Set as Favorite" button on any Mission that you’d like to declare as your favorite. This will display the Badge from that particular Mission as your Favorite Badge.
